The Most Important, and Hardest Part

It's probably no surprise to you - whatever you want to do, you have to build a habit for, and that's just not easy.

Starting is the hardest part of anything.  It doesn't matter if you are cleaning the house, just starting a yoga practice (or starting your practice for the day), or becoming fit, or writing your book, meditating, teacher training (we love Rhema Yoga's!) or something else.

Whatever you want to do, you have to start.  This is the hard part.  It's also the most important part.

To compound the problem, everything you do that's worthwhile and will add joy to your life almost surely will be harder to start, and harder to start each day!

These are the things you're going to want to focus on so that you can start them, start them well, and start them every time.

If you learn how to conquer that step, you'll find your entire spirit, soul and body benefiting.
